These shorts have already become my favourite pair of gym shorts! They’re so soft and comfortable but still have good support, and stay in place throughout a whole workout with no riding up the legs. I’ll be purchasing other colours for sure!

I needn’t have worried. Did a hiit class @exert gym today and burpees galore, and the gals didn’t budge! A super soft fit, with a surprisingly supportive fit: if you had any doubts, don’t. Order it - comfy, supportive, stylish- what’s not to like!? The Sihha kit is slowly giving me my confidence back, I wouldn’t have worn this 6 months ago in the gym. I feel like I’ve got 20 yr old me back 🙌💪 love it 🥰
